Details of Membership
Membership as a Non Exhibiting Member is open to anyone upon submission of an application form and subscription. Many Non Exhibiting Members are beginners trying their hand at a new skill, while others may have more experience and like to benefit from the social or tutorial side of our activities.
Entry as a Full or Associate Member is through submission of work for assessment by the DGA Selection Sub Committee and payment of subscription. Submissions for selection take place twice a year. Associate Members are those who like to have the opportunity to exhibit with the Group while developing their work to a higher level. Full members are those who produce a consistently high standard of work and want to be more active in exhibiting their paintings. Some are professional artists, others semi professional or purely hobby artists. Our more experienced and professional members provide the Group with invaluable tutorials, workshops and critiques within the Winter Programme.
